Welcome to 1TRACKER QuickStart, v4.0.5, a secure, user friendly, web-based application for you to enter and keep track of your time, expenses, and project progress. 1TRACKER works together with its security management application, bizDAV, which is where you can enter details for your personal profile and customize your application settings. You can also specify your firewall settings and change your password in bizDAV. This document will take you through the steps needed to get you up and running with bizDAV and 1TRACKER.

This document consists of the following sections:

  • bizDAV Setup - This section takes you through the individual customization process, so that you can view and work with the bizDAV and 1TRACKER applications, according to your selected preferences and requirements.
  • 1TRACKER Startup - This section provides a general overview of how to get started with 1TRACKER, once your office has been configured.

bizDAV Setup

To access the bizDAV application, your office's administrator or designated HQ Person (a person who has full administrative privileges for your business), should have provided you with a login user id and password.

In bizDAV, you can edit personal details, manage your own password, specify personal firewall settings, set your inactivity timeout, view personal audit log information, select date and number formats, language, and choose a layout style for your bizDAV and 1TRACKER applications.

All users entered into have bizDAV access to this application. Beyond this, an individual's access level to the functions defined in bizDAV, is determined by the security group/s the user belongs to.

* Your business's HQ Person may create additional security groups with different combinations of functions.

To get started with your bizDAV Setup, WEBAPPZ suggests the following steps:

  1. Start your choice of internet browser and enter the following URL: http://1TRACKER.com, for the 1TRACKER website home page. Click Log In . The 1TRACKER/BPM log in page will appear, with various options.
  2. Click the bizDAV Log In button. This will take you to the bizDAV application log in.
  3. Enter the user id and password, which was given to you. Once you have logged in successfully, you will see the bizDAV application home page.
  4. Click the My Profile icon to view the main selection menu for your user information and application settings. The selections made in 'My Profile' will apply to both bizDAV and 1TRACKER.
  5. Click on Date Formats to specify your personal date and time settings.
  6. Click on Number Formats to specify your personal currency and number formats.
  7. Click on Layouts to select your preferred layout style.
  8. Click on My User Info to change your password, set your inactivity timeout, define your personal IP authentication rules, or to edit your personal user information. Note: If you are using 1TRACKER from a remote location, (i.e. away from your office), then you should configure your personal firewall settings to meet your required access level.

Once you have completed the above steps, your application will be personally customized. You are free to change these settings at any time.

1TRACKER Startup

To access the 1TRACKER functions made available to you, your office must first have been configured for the 1TRACKER application.

A person from your office, who belongs to a group having the function, Maintain Office, will have specified the basic configuration of your office and administrative details, such as office settings (which will be applied for all workers), week start, base currency, any local tax and percentage, server time difference, worktypes, expensetypes, currency rates, holidays, standard rate sets, and periods.

To begin using 1TRACKER, WEBAPPZ suggests the following:

  1. Start your choice of internet browser and enter the following URL: http://1TRACKER.com, for the 1TRACKER website home page. Click Log In A 1TRACKER/bizDAV log in page will appear, with various options.
  2. Click the 1TRACKER Log In button. This will take you to the 1TRACKER application log in.
  3. Enter your user id and password. Once you have logged in successfully, you will see the 1TRACKER application home page. All of your menu options are shown at the top of the home page, and all of the clients and projects, which you have been associated with are displayed in the project activity table.

You can now start creating timesheets, statusreports, and expensereports. 

  • Click on Timesheets to create or view a timesheet.
  • Click on Statusreports to create or view a statusreport.
  • Click on Expensereports to create or view an expensereport.
  • Click on Reports to view your own activity reports, which are a summary of all timesheets and expensereports, for a selected period.
