Cookies
Cookies do not have to be enabled to run 1TRACKER. If cookies have been enabled in your browser settings,
1TRACKER will use them to customize the application for future reference. Specifically, the login panels
of 1TRACKER and its security management application, bizDAV, will remember only your user id, such that
future logins will require you to enter your password only. Cookies are used as a convenience, to save you
from re-entering your user id at each login session. Passwords are not remembered, and are always stored
server-side in encrypted form. For more information about cookies and how they are used, please read our privacy
policy.
JavaScript
To run 1TRACKER, JavaScript must be enabled on your client browser. If you have JavaScript disabled, you will
not be able to log on to 1TRACKER.

Popup Windows
Popup Windows must be enabled to run 1TRACKER properly; your browser must allow such windows for cluster3.webappz.com or any other server running 1TRACKER.
Adobe Acrobat Reader
To view any reports in the 1TRACKER, Adobe Acrobat Reader v4.0 or higher is required. It is a free
downloadable software for viewing and printing Adobe
Portable Document Format (PDF) files on all major hardware and operating system platforms. For additional
